THOMAS PARTEY GRANTED CONDITIONAL BAIL AS HFACES SIX SERIOUS SEXUAL OFFENCE CHARGES

 Ghanaian international and Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has been granted conditional bail after appearing in court today to face six serious sexual offence charges, including five counts of rape—four of which involve non-consensual anal penetration—and one count of sexual assault.

Partey, 32, has denied all the allegations and is currently on conditional bail as proceedings continue. • Charge 1: Anal Rape of Complainant 1 between April and May 2021. She alleges that while engaging in consensual vaginal intercourse, Partey penetrated her anally without her consent. She reported it to police in February 2022. Partey was arrested and interviewed in July 2022.

• Charge 2: Repeated Anal Rape of Complainant 1 between April and June 2021. She claims at least four non-consensual anal penetrations. Partey was voluntarily interviewed in November 2024.

• Charge 3: Vaginal Rape of Complainant 2 in December 2021. She alleges Partey ignored her refusal to have sex and forcibly penetrated her vagina. Reported in February 2025; he was interviewed in March 2025.

• Charge 4: Anal Rape of Complainant 2 in February 2022. She alleges Partey forced anal sex despite her refusal. Reported in September 2022, but the allegation was not put to Partey until after March 2025.

• Charge 5: Vaginal Rape in Spain of Complainant 2 in Marbella, June 2022. She claims Partey raped her during a trip to Spain. He was interviewed in July 2022.

• Charge 6: Sexual Assault of Complainant 3 in February 2022. She claims Partey pinned her down, tried to kiss her, and touched her over her clothes without consent. She managed to push him off after a few minutes. He was interviewed in February 2023.
